The University of North Alabama has launched three Associate’s degrees as part of its ongoing designation as Alabama’s Workforce Development University. The programs in Mechatronics, Culinary, and Hospitality and Events Management will soon enroll students for classes that begin in Fall 2023.
The Urban Music Symposium, presented by the Department of Entertainment Industry at the University of North Alabama, Meridian Media, and AHU Entertainment will be from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. March 10 at the Mane Room on Pine Street.
Harrison Fountain, the iconic structure at the heart of the University of North Alabama, will be relit for the spring as part of the annual Light the Fountain event Thursday, March 16 from 6:30-9 p.m. Congressman Robert B. Aderholt has been tapped to light the fountain at 7:30 p.m.
